2月24日晚，长春高新（000661.SZ）子公司金赛药业宣布，自主研发的GenSci141软膏的临床试验申请已获得国家药监局批准。根据此前公告，GenSci141软膏是金赛药业研发的一款双氢睾酮软膏，主要以旁分泌的方式在靶组织内发挥作用，属于化学药品2.2和2.4类。该药物可用于改善因高促性腺激素性性腺功能减退症、5α-还原酶2缺乏症、雄激素合成减少的先天性肾上腺皮质增生症、特发性原因导致的儿童小阴茎。截至目前，全球尚无一款专门针对儿童小阴茎的药物，因此该软膏备受市场关注。
The performance characteristics are attractive with incredibly fast cold starts and minimal memory overhead. But the practical limitation is language support. You cannot run arbitrary Python scripts in WASM today without compiling the Python interpreter itself to WASM along with all its C extensions. For sandboxing arbitrary code in arbitrary languages, WASM is not yet viable. For sandboxing code you control the toolchain for, it is excellent. I am, however, quite curious if there is a future for WASM in general-purpose sandboxing. Browsers have spent decades solving a similar problem of executing untrusted code safely, and porting those architectural learnings to backend infrastructure feels like a natural evolution.，详情可参考旺商聊官方下载
